Refunds and Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us the same day you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, or custom art prints cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom print on demand items
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Sale items- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All sales are final.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mylovesomethings@gmail.com.

Shipping

All items generally have free shipping!

We use the standard shipping method of 7-15 business days from the day the item was released from production. The shipping fee, if any, will be included in your final bill, unless it was waived due to some promotion. Shipping fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunds, if you are eligible to receive such refunds.

Once a tracking number has been provided, the buyer is responsible for keeping track of their item.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, LovesomeThings ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States, consisting of the 48 adjoining U.S. states. We also ship to Canada, Australia, & New Zealand. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
